I’ve written about my biggest career mistake. It was thinking what I did for work had to make me miserable. You can read more about my biggest career mistake here.
A couple conversations this week got me thinking about another big career mistake. This one is working with people who make me miserable.
The two go hand-in-hand. You can’t enjoy the work you do if the people you’re working with make you miserable.
I used to think working with people who made me miserable came with the territory. I’m starting to realize that’s not the case.
Maybe, just maybe, it’s possible to work with people we enjoy working with. What do you think?
