The past two weeks have felt like a whirlwind. I’ve had a tough time catching my breath.
The tools I’m learning by Just Rolling with It have helped. Using the tools slowed me down enough to keep rolling without feeling completely overwhelmed.
I feel grateful for that!
The whirlwind is full of conflicting emotions. My usual companions, fear and anxiety are in there. So are some rediscovered friends, like hopefulness and excitement.
