Just Rolling with It

Pursuing our dreams, not theirs.

Ideas on balancing entrepreneurial drive with wellness, bringing to life new ideas while living well ourselves and making space for what matters in a well-balanced life.

I’m not sure where to start this one. I’m writing it sitting in the Swiss Alps as the sun sets over the mountains across the rhone valley. I finished a 40 mile bike ride through beautiful mountain roads earlier today.
I’m here this week for work. It’s with a team of people I feel connected to and enjoy spending time with. The work feels fascinating and the conversations thoughtful, inspiring and mind expanding. We’re staying focused and on-track.
The chalet we’re staying also happens to be a holistic spa. They’re blowing us away with healthy food. I haven’t had to touch the healthy staples I usually bring with me on trips. They understand yoga and meditation.
A wonderful friend loaned me a bike for the trip. I’ve been able to take fantastic rides up and down mountain roads.
After this, I’m flying to meet my family in another part of Eurpoe to start our vacation. We’re staying in some of our favorite places and new ones.
I can’t ever remember feeling as fortunate and grateful as I do writing this. I also feel happier than I can ever remember feeling.
None of this would be possible, had I not started Just Rolling with It. I believe this wholeheartedly.
I’m sharing this hoping to inspire others to believe Just Rolling with It’s possible for all of us. It may take different forms for different people, yet it’s possible for each one of us.
I feel like I’m rambling and dancing around the point. What do I mean when I say Just Rolling with It works?
I think I mean it’s possible to feel happy and free. I think I mean our individual versions of Just Rolling with It can be the path to happiness and freedom for each of us.
I wouldn’t have believed this four years ago. There were times between then and now I wouldn’t have believed it, either. There are still times when I have a hard time believing it.
All I can say is, right here and right now, I believe it. I hope you do too.
Do you believe it or not? Let me know by responding directly to this email.
